Founder 

Dr. Janice Riley-Burt (JRB), board certified in Family Medicine, has always had a passion for heath and wellness. She obtained a bachelor of science degree in Health Science from Spelman College. She then became a certified fitness leader and aerobic instructor through the American Council on Exercise and YMCA while in medical school at Meharry Medical College. She had a ball teaching aerobics to her classmates!

Her Family Medicine career began as the medical director of a local senior community center in southwest Atlanta. Upon completion of residency at Morehouse School of Medicine, she moved to her home state of Iowa and joined the Lakeview- Iowa Health Physicians practice to provide exceptional care.

Integrative Medical Doctors, PC in Nashville was founded by Dr. JRB in 2018 to serve a growing population who desired a compassionate professional atmosphere. Working closely with her patients & helping them to achieve their goals of improving their skills for managing and maintaining 

optimal health is primary.

She is an active Member of Belmont Church in Nashville, TN and loves spending time with her husband, three children extended family & friends.
